The following details how you can donate stocks and bonds to Green Valley Academy as we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-public school.
The securities must be given to the school by signing on the reverse side of the security in the appropriate location.

Green Valley Academy has established an account with Mr. Eberly in order to sell the securities.
The securities will be sold free of broker commission and the proceeds will be sent to the school.
The donor will then receive a notice from the broker stating that the full proceeds of the sale are tax deductible for the year in which the donation was given.
These sales will replace the year-end sales made by individuals to lower their tax liability. The difference is that the deduction will be for the entire amount, thus improving upon the loss created between the purchase price and the sale price.
